To keep things secure, your billing and shipping address must match. For orders over 600€, we may reach out to confirm a few details.

Processing & Shipping

We aim to get your hair to you quickly and safely.

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 3PM (Paris Time) on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders after that, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options:

• Standard: 3–5 business days
  
• Express: 1–2 business days
  
• Overnight (if ordered before 3PM)

Custom & Pre-Made Units

Here’s what to expect:

Custom Wigs & Signature Units: 2–3 weeks to create Bundles, Closures: Up to 10 business days

Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Ships within 3 business days

You’ll get a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand your order to the carrier, they’re responsible for it. Use your tracking number to follow your order.
