We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll exchange under certain conditions.

Exchange Accepted If:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • You received the wrong or damaged item

Important: Lace must be uncut and the wig unworn. You have 7 days to request an exchange.

Exchange Not Accepted If:

  • Lace is cut
  • Wig has been worn or altered
  • Hair is dyed
  • Tags/combs are removed
  • Original packaging is missing

Always check fit before cutting the lace.

Refunds

Refunds are only given if:

  •  We cancel your order
  • An item is out of stock after your purchase

Note: Refunds may take 2–10 business days depending on your bank.

Returns Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Keep the original packaging to avoid delays.
